Information we collect and why

We collect student and guardian contact details, booking and pickup information, payment status, driving-credential information, lesson records and support requests to provide driving instruction. We do not request Social Security numbers. Booking may occur before document upload. Before driving, the instructor must check the original valid permit, or a valid driver license for an already-licensed adult. Access to private records is limited by household ownership and authorized staff responsibilities.

Data access and retention

Authorized staff use information for scheduling, payment status, document checks, progress, certificates, safety and support. We do not sell personal information. Permit and ID uploads are retained indefinitely, without a scheduled automatic deletion date, including after original-document verification. You may request access, correction or deletion at support@stallionfolsomdrivingschool.com; requests are reviewed against applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove provider backups.

Your privacy choices

Ask us to correct contact or booking information, opt out of nonessential marketing, or request available information about your account. Operational and legally required records may still be retained. Send privacy requests to support@stallionfolsomdrivingschool.com.

Security and service providers

Wix supports this website, bookings, members, forms, Inbox, analytics, and payments when enabled. Payment processors handle card details; Stallion does not request card numbers by email or text. Traffic Tutors controls Academy enrollment, payment, course progress, refunds, and certificate mailing. Analytics must not receive permit data or other personal identifiers. We limit access and review security incidents.
