Refund and Credit Policy

Customer-choice cancellations remain credit-only. A 48+ hour self-service change restores eligible lesson credit. Under-24-hour cancellation, no-show, or missing required documents consumes credit; restoration or rebooking costs $99 by card or $95 offline, and unpaid restoration creates a booking hold. Refunds are limited to duplicate or incorrect charges, Stallion’s inability to provide reasonable rebooking, or legal or card-network requirements. Approved refunds return through the original payment method when possible.
