✅ Flexible schedule — weekdays or weekends

Office Admin / Scheduler (Part-Time or Full-Time)

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who can:

 

• Manage bookings and lesson calendars

• Communicate with students and instructors

• Keep things running smoothly in-person or remotely

 

✅ Great phone & email etiquette

✅ Basic tech/computer skills

✅ Bilingual is a plus

✅ Calm under pressure, friendly with clients
