Learning to drive in El Dorado Hills.
El Dorado Hills is in El Dorado County, next door to Folsom. Much of the everyday driving here runs on parkways such as Serrano Parkway and Silva Valley Parkway, which link the neighborhoods to El Dorado Hills Boulevard, Latrobe Road and Green Valley Road. On rolling roads, speed control, sight distance and following space become part of every lesson, and the instructor adds busier roads only when the basics are steady.
