Behind-The-Wheel and/or Driver Education Courses:
To take part in any lesson:

Students must present a valid California Learner’s Permit or Driver’s License at every lesson. Digital copies are not accepted.

All lessons are conducted in dual-control vehicles by DMV-licensed instructors.
A lesson will be considered forfeited with full charge if any of the following occurs:

The student does not present a valid permit or license.

The student arrives impaired (due to fatigue, alcohol, substances, or medication).

The student is wearing unsafe footwear (e.g., sandals, slides, heels).
-
The student has a corrective lens restriction and fails to bring glasses or contacts.
-
The student did not confirm cancellation through the portal or with the office before 8:00 AM on the day of the lesson.
🔐 Privacy & Conduct:
By enrolling or booking any lesson with Stallion School of Driving, you agree to the following and not limited to:

Your personal information is used solely for administrative, communication, and internal and external marketing purposes.

We do not sell or share your information with external third parties.
-
You may opt out of marketing or research participation at any time by contacting our office.

Any harassment, threats, slander, or misconduct directed at instructors, staff, or the company (online or in person) will result in immediate service termination and potential legal action.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, racism, hate speech, or intimidation.
🎓 Certificates of Completion:

Driver’s Ed Certificate: Requires full completion of 30-hour online course.

Behind-the-Wheel Certificate: Requires 6 hours of completed driving instruction.

Accounts must be paid in full before certificates are released.

Reissuing a certificate: $125 service fee.
📅 Appointment Policy:

All lessons must be completed within 1 year of initial booking.

Lessons are scheduled in 2 to 3 hour blocks and may be reassigned to different instructors based on availability.

We reserve the right to adjust lesson times (within an 80-minute window before or after original time) to accommodate traffic or route planning.

Students are expected to be ready on time. Late arrivals will not be extended.

Instruction time is non-transferable. No transfers between family members or students.

Make-up lessons may be offered at our discretion if a forfeited lesson was due to emergency or policy-qualified issue.

Stallion School of Driving reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, especially in the interest of staff safety and professionalism.
🔁 Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is free if made 48+ hours in advance via the student portal.
-
Any change under 48 hours will be treated as a late cancellation.

All policies apply to new, returning, and current students without exception.
