  1. Tap “Sign in” and type your email. You don’t need to book a lesson first.

How do I pay? Online or cash?
  1. You choose when you book: Online (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, paid now) or In person (cash, check, card or tap, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, paid to your instructor at the lesson, before driving).
  2. Cash, check and Zelle pay the lower cash price; card, tap, Venmo and Cash App pay the listed price (those charge the school a fee).
  3. Zelle, Venmo or Cash App can also be paid when you book: choose “Now by Zelle / Venmo / Cash App”, send the amount shown, then tap the button. A screenshot of the payment helps us find it: it’s optional, and you can add it later on your Payments page. Zelle, Venmo and Cash App payments must be made before the lesson starts or at the lesson, before driving.
Now by Zelle / Venmo / Cash App
  4. The 6-hour training can be paid as the whole package (best price) or lesson by lesson.

Tip: Some pay-in-person bookings are a request: we hold the time and confirm before the lesson. You see the status on Home.

Tip: You are never charged twice: once a lesson is paid, your instructor sees it as paid. Payments aren’t refunded; if something was charged by mistake, send a payment question in Help & support and we look at it case by case.

All 6 hours are done. What happens next?
  1. At the end of the last lesson your instructor fills in the DMV training certificate (DL 400D) and hands you the original. Keep it safe: the DMV accepts only the original at the road test, never a copy. Your account also has our printable training record.
  2. Your teen keeps practicing with you and books the DMV road test at dmv.ca.gov (age 16 and permit held 6 months).
  3. Want an instructor with you on test day? Request test-day support once the DMV appointment is set.

  2. Make the DMV appointment first, then request test-day support for that date: the office confirms readiness, the timing and an instructor.
  3. You take the test in our dual-control car right after the lesson; the car comes with the lesson, not on its own.

How do cancellations and refunds work?
  1. Cancel in time (see the lesson): the lesson goes back to your account as a credit (or to your package).
  2. Late or no-show: the lesson counts as used; you can ask to restore it for a fee.

Tip: You can remove them there any time, and they can leave.

Can I get alerts on my phone?
